Shipping Timeframe:
 
Our products normally ship within 5-7 business days after your order has been received.  Please allow 7-14 days transit time for your products to reach you.  Our primary shipping methods are UPS ground and US Priority Mail.  You must provide a street address, as UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.  Please provide a street address where you can receive both UPS and US Mail shipments. Your order may arrive in different shipments depending on what items were ordered.  Note:  Some of our products are shipped directly from the supplier and they primarily use UPS or DHL for their shipments.
 
We only ship within the Continental United States
(48 States excluding Alaska and Hawaii)
 
We currently do not ship Internationally
(due to customs restrictions and postal rates)
 
Shipping/Handling Charges:
 
Shipping/Handling charges are based on order amounts.  These charges represent only a part of the actual costs.  We'll pay the rest if your order is:
 
Up to $24.99.................$7.95
from $25 - $34.99..........$8.95
from $35 - $44.99..........$9.95
from $45 - $54.99..........$10.95
from $55 - $74.99..........$11.95
from $75 - $99.99..........$12.95
from $100 - FREE
 
Nevada residents are subject to 7.75% sales tax.
California residents are subject to 7.25% sales tax.
 
Payment Options:
 
We accept VISA and MASTERCARD  (must provide 3 digit CCV2 number listed on the back of your card for verification/security purposes).  For additional security, this site uses an Address Verification System.  Your credit card billing address entered on your order form must match the billing address on file with your credit card company.
 
If a discrepancy occurs, we reserve the right to contact the card holder for order verification prior to completing the order process.
 
We also accept MONEY ORDERS and PERSONAL CHECKS via mail order (personal checks must clear your bank before your order can be shipped).  Returned check fee is $25.00.

Cancellation Policy:
 
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours.  Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed.
 
Return Policy:
 
If you are not completely satisfied with any of our products you may return them within 30 days.  There will be a 15% restocking fee and shipping/handling charges are non-refundable.  All returns must be sent back prepaid.  Please include a copy of your invoice. 
 
All items must be undamaged/unused and in their original packaging.
 
Please contact us prior to returning an item and we will instruct you on how to proceed.
 
If an item was damaged during shipment, please contact us within 5 days.  We will work with you to get a replacement.

Privacy Policy:
 
All CREDIT CARD transactions are processed securely through Authorize.net and we are not provided with your complete credit card number.  Therefore, we do not keep your credit card information on file.  We are only provided the necessary information required to complete your order (your name, mailing address, billing address, telephone number, email address, transaction amount and items purchased).
 
We do not sell or share your personal information.
